The Eye Center of Orange County was founded in 1970 by Ophthalmologist, Dr. Norman D. Peterson. His quest to establish an acclaimed eye-care facility in Laguna Hills became a reality and his vision for excellence continues today throughout our Center. In addition, we are affiliated with Pacific Hills Surgery Center, one of the most sophisticated eye surgical facilities in Southern California.

Our office location is in the heart of South Orange County with convenient freeway access. We are located right off the 5 freeway, just south of El Toro Road, behind the Laguna Hills Mall.
